Wedge Wire Cylinder is made up of one or more flat panels that are rolled and welded together. Hebei HighTop Wedge Wire cylinders are made of stainless steel material; each slot and wire runs radial around the outside and support the internal and axial. At each intersection, the wires are welded together to strengthen and support the cylinder.
The minimum ID that we can produce is 25mm with slot of 20 microns and maximum length of 6000mm. Customization is available and we can produce cylinders according to the flow rate, open area as well as delivery pressure. Aside from customization, we can also equipped cylinders with flange, reinforcement or special fitting to best suit the customer’s needs.
